The invention relates to an electrostatic charge image developing toner, a developer, a toner cartridge, a process cartridge, an image forming apparatus, and an image forming method. The electrostatic charge image developing toner includes toner particles having a core that includes a block copolymer of a crystalline polyester block and an amorphous polyester block, and a shell that covers the core and includes an amorphous polyester resin having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond, and of which a surface layer part includes a crosslinked product of the amorphous polyester resin having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond.
