Continuing Education in the French Civil Service

Continuing education in the Civil Service was a late development. Although ahead of the private sector and posting good results, the latter nonetheless cover up a certain number of disparities. What seems essential is the setting up of a true continuing education policy, one that is integrated into human resource management and can thus play a more important role in the career plan of civil servants.
