微波催化合成N-(2-吡啶基)邻苯二甲酰亚胺的研究

2-(Pyridin-2-yl)isoindoline-1,3-dione was prepared with microwave technology, and the optimal parameters such as power, reactive time and ratio of reaction material were obtained. In the DMF solvent, yield of the product was 91.3% under the optimal conditions of power 5.0 w, ratio 1:1.2 and reaction time 6 min. In no solvent, the yield of the product was 87.4% under the conditions such as power 5.0 w, ratio 1:1.2 and reation time 8 min. By contrast, the microwave catalytic technology had the advantages over the environmental compatability, short time, high yield and simple post-treatment.
