고속화물철도(CTX) 장래수요예측에 관한 연구

With increase of commodity volume for highly value-added items, it is needed to transport with high speed. CTX, Cargo Train eXpress, is discussed as one of the solution to response this needs. CTX is expected to produce synergy by linked trip with air transport due to its high speed. Thus, this study forecasts freight demand in case of CTX introduction. Generalized cost method is used as modal split methodology and unit-cost, unit-time and VOT (Value Of Time) with respect to target item is obtained from literature review. This will be used as basic data to implement relative research for CTX such as feasibility study.
