Hallazgos citopatológicos en cérvix de pacientes infectadas por virus de inmunodeficiencia humana

The purpose of the present work is to describe the discoveries cytologics in women seropositive HIV. Since the virus of immuno human deficiency was discovered it has not been described the discoveries cytologists vaginal cervico in patient with virus of immune human deficiency. Of December of the 2001 to January of the 2002, 50 seropositive cytologies of patient HIV were requested that went to the program institutional HIV of the HGR 25 of the IMSS, same that they were processed by means of technique of tint of Papanicolaou and the discoveries cytological were described by five inter observers who applied the comparison outline described by Margarita Sanchez. The morphological pattern observed in the cytologies of the patient HIV is similar to the one observed in patient without this affection, unless one observes an accented presence of changes cytologists for VPH, mainly in the koilocytes number for sample (of 8 at 12) as well as the high dysplasia relationship and VPH.
