Crimea has joined to Russia peacefully. That was the people’s will, both Crimean and Russian. That was a legal and, what is most important, fair decision. Should the opinion of the rest part of Ukraine be taken in consideration? Undoubtedly, we should be aware of this opinion. It is taken into account upon the decisions made in Crimea and Russia.
