The Construction and Practice of Tacit Knowledge Externalization in Aerospace Enterprises

On the basis of analyzing the research of tacit knowledge externalization at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the characteristics of tacit knowledge externalization in aerospace enterprises, as well as the existing problems, puts forward the framework and operation process of the transformation of tacit knowledge externalization. At the same time, the methods and meanings of various practice modes are analyzed. Finally, a summary is made to emphasize that the externalization of tacit knowledge is an innovative and iterative knowledge management process.
