Survey on theory and method of pilot-aircraft system with intelligent control

This paper develops an intelligent pilot-aircraft system based on an analysis of the developmental trend of the intelligent flight control system. We establish an intelligent pilot-aircraft integrated system and analyze the characteristics from three levels (perception level, decision-making level and execution level). According to respective advantages for pilot and aircraft in specific circumstances, the control strategies can be divided into “Pilot Master/Aircraft Slave” and “Aircraft Master/Pilot Slave”. And the Pilot Aircraft Collaboration mechanism is used to allocate the appropriate authority. Multiple behavioral characteristics of the human pilot are classified and comprehensive human pilot evaluation is discussed. The authors propose an intelligent pilot-aircraft integrated system based on the idea of a pilot-aircraft system, which provides a theoretical reference for the design of an intelligent flight control system.
