Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem a um paciente portador de Acidente Vascular Encefálico: relato de experiência

Aim: to report the experience of nursing students in the nursing care process to a patient with stroke. Method: a descriptive study performed through an experience report. Results: During the process of care during hospitalization it was possible to perform the steps of the nursing process: nursing data collection nursing diagnoses; nursing planning; implementation and; nursing evaluation. Conclusions: it was possible to integrate the theory and methodology worked in the classroom with daily practice performed in the hospital. Through integral and individualized care, it enabled comprehensive, individualized and holistic care, promoting the improvement of the patients quality of life and health. For the academics the study also provided the exchange of experiences, contributing as a space for learning and professional training.
