The utility model relates to a static voltage adjusting reactive compensation device which is especially suitable for a low and medium voltage static reactive compensation device. The static voltage adjusting reactive compensation device comprises at least one alternating current voltage adjusting compensation bridge and at least one group of reactive loads. The static voltage adjusting reactive compensation device is characterized in that the alternating current voltage adjusting compensation bridge at least comprises one alternating current chopper bridge unit; the chopper bridge units are connected in series; each chopper bridge unit comprises four full control type semiconductor switch elements, an input side LC filter and an output side LC filter; two switch elements are connected in reverse series to form an upper bridge arm, and the other two switch elements are connected in reverse series to form a lower bridge arm; the upper bridge arm and the lower bridge arm are connected; both ends are connected in parallel with the input side LC filter; the output side LC filter is in bridge connection with both ends of the lower bridge arm; and the reactive loads are connected with the output end of the output side LC filter. According to the utility model, the alternating current chopper bridges are pure solid state devices and do not have mechanical contacts, thus static voltage adjusting is realized; and the static voltage adjusting reactive compensation device has the advantages of high operation reliability, low noise and good maintainability.
