Waterborne urethane acrylate core-shell crosslinking type emulsion for humidity-regulating coating

2012
The invention provides a waterborne urethane acrylate core-shell crosslinking type emulsion for a humidity-regulating coating. Polypropylene glycol, isophorone diisocyanate and the like are dissolved in acetone, heated to 40 to 100 DEG C, and reacted for 60 to 240 minutes; the temperature is reduced to 30 to 70 DEG C, triethylamine is added to be subjected to a neutralization reaction; hydroxyethyl methacrylate is added to react for 10 to 100 minutes; deionized water is added for high-speed dispersion to obtain aqueous polyurethane; a composite emulsifier is added, and heated to 40 to 100 DEG C, and methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and an initiator are dropwise added to react for 1 to 6 hours during the condition that the temperature is kept; and the temperature is reduced to 30 to 70 DEG C, and the pH is regulated to 7 to 10 with aqueous ammonia to obtain the waterborne urethane acrylate core-shell crosslinking type emulsion. The waterborne urethane acrylate core-shell crosslinking type emulsion has excellent water absorption and water resistance, good compatibility and stability, and no phase separation, is homogeneous and transparent, and is used for preparing the humidity-regulating coating and is favorable for improving the water absorption and wash resistance of the coating.
