CRISIS DEL LIDERAZGO POLÍTICO O LIDERAZGO EN ESCENARIOS DE CRISIS

This research article identifies the mainfactors that, in theory and in reality, cause thecrisis of political leadership. Criticalhermeneutics is chosen as a method and indepth interviews as an information gatheringtechnique. In addition, a triangulationexercise was carried out in which the theoryserved as an excuse to dialogue with thecontributions of the interviews and theposition of the researchers. Among the mostspecific conclusions, the leadership crisis isclosely connected with the flaws of thedemocratic model and the contradictions ofthe political system.
