Review of Ten Years Literary Theories in the 21st Century

Literary theory is always adjusting itself to correspond with changing social reality.The development of Chinese literary theory in the first decade of new century includes the following three dimensions.In content,the popular cultural studies achieve certain results and raise a series of problems and controversy.On methodology,the words analysis is widely accepted.It refreshes the basic cognition of literature and research path,it also leads to some works which absorbing the nutrition of anti-essentialism,hammering at construction and having local characteristics.In respect of theory trend,literary theory is switching to post-theory and it enteres into the confluent and reflective critical phase.
