ВЫРАЩИВАНИЕ DUNALIELLA TERTIOLECTA BUTCH. НА МОДИФИЦИРОВАННОЙ СРЕДЕ BEN-AMOTZ

A method of Dunaliella tertiolecta Butch. cultivation on modified Ben-Amotz medium at substitution of natrium hydrocarbonate on NaOH has been proposed. Hydrocarbonate-ions formed in alkaline medium from СО2 of bubbled air are considered to be a carbon source for the algae. Growth and biochemical indices of Dunaliella tertiolecta under conditions of partial or total deleting of soda from medium solution have been repoted.
