Satisfacción laboral y síndrome de burnout en profesionales de un servicio de urgencias

Metodologia: Encuestas a trabajadores del servicio de urgencias estudiando variables sociodemograficas y laborales. Cues-tionarios: incentivos laborales, satisfaccion general y desgaste profesional (MBI). Resultados: Respondieron el 71,4%. La puntuacion media de satisfaccion laboral fue de 6,98 y de 68,26 en la escala de satisfaccion general. Observamos correlacion entre agotamiento emocional del MBI y antiguedad, con puntuaciones mas altas en los profesionales con mas antiguedad (p=0,024), y una relacion inversa entre realizacion personal y antiguedad (p=0,024). Tambien una relacion inversa entre agotamiento emocional y optimismo (p=0,023), y una relacion positiva con realizacion personal (p=0,018).
