The preparation and use of the catalyst recovered as the hydrochloride Dmap acylation reaction

2013
The present invention relates to dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) was acylation reaction catalyzed hydrochloride salt (reaction equation below). DMAP dissolved in non-polar solvent, dry hydrogen chloride gas is passed through, and filtered to give the hydrochloride DMAP. Inert alcohols, phenols or amine without solvent or in an organic solvent at a catalytic amount of DMAP hydrochloride, at 0-130 ℃ completely reacted with the acylating agent, added non-polar solvent, the catalyst recovered by filtration DMAP hydrochloride salt. The filtrate was washed with water, caustic washing, liquid separation, the organic phase was dried, the solvent was distilled off to obtain acylated product. Hydrochloride DMAP be recovered into the next catalytic cycle.
