The invention discloses a top cover of an air treatment system. The top surface of the top cover is provided with an air outlet; the bottom surface of the top cover is provided with at least one air inlet; a grille is arranged at the air outlet; a fan is arranged in the top cover on the lower side of the air outlet; a guide device for changing the flow direction of air current at the air outlet is provided; the guide device is arranged on the upper side of the grille; the bottom surface area of the guide device in contact with the grille is smaller than the area of the air outlet; the top surface area of the guide device is greater than the bottom surface area. According to the top cover of the air treatment system provided by the invention, the guide device is additionally arranged at the air outlet, so that the air outlet direction of the air outlet is changed, the air outlet angle is increased, and the air blast comfort is improved. The top cover is easy to operate, and is convenient to use.
