The defect corresponding to convex line on (100) face of KTiOPO4 and its effect on SHG effect

This paper reports, for the first time, the defect corresponding to a convex line on the (100) face of KTiOPO 4 and its effect on the SHG effect. The possible reasons for its formation are also discussed
