The invention discloses a hydroponic plant and filter dam combined eutrophication water body ex-situ remediation system. The system consists of a water inlet and diversion system, a water dropping platform, a coarse sand-cress composite ecological filter dam, a fine sand-coal ash-ryegrass composite ecological filter dam, a fine sand-bermuda grass filter dam and a water outlet and diversion system; the water inlet and diversion system consists of a water elevator and a water distribution channel; the water outlet end of the water elevator is arranged in the water distribution channel; the water discharge end of the water distribution channel is sequentially provided with the water dropping platform, the coarse sand-cress composite ecological filter dam, the fine sand-coal ash-ryegrass composite ecological filter dam, the fine sand-bermuda grass filter dam and the water outlet and diversion system; the water discharge end of the water distribution channel is communicated with the water inlet end of the coarse sand-cress composite ecological filter dam through the water dropping platform; and the system has a simple structure, and is low in running management cost, and good in effect, can adapt to purifying water in heavily contaminated urban riverway, and remediating the water quality of slightly contaminated riverways, and is strong in adaptability.
