Interference in Atomic Absorption with a King Graphite Furnace (Interferences en Absorption Atomique avec un Four King en Graphite)

Abstract : During the use of a graphite King furnace for analysis through atomic absorption, a certain number of interferences are found. Four types have been studied: physical effects like variations in the distillation of elements: formation of molecular compounds; formation of refractory compounds with graphite (carbides); interaction between elements and gaseous compounds.
