The invention provides a distributed plant cultivation system, which relates to a cultivation system and comprises a breeding plant factory, a movable plant factory and a miniature plant factory. A smallest bearing unit and an environmental parameter acquiring and processing device are arranged in the breeding plant factory, wherein a wireless radio frequency tag is built in the smallest bearing unit. The breeding plant factory comprises a first reader, wherein the first reader is connected with the environmental parameter acquiring and processing device. The movable plant factory comprises a first box body, a second reader and a first acquiring and processing device, wherein the second reader is connected with the first acquiring and processing device. The miniature plant factory comprises a second box body, a third reader and a second acquiring and processing device, the third reader is connected with the second acquiring and processing device. The distributed plant cultivation system disperses the breeding, growing and mature growing processes of plant vegetables to different commodity circulation links including wholesale, transportation, sale and the like, and plants are kept to continuously grow and to be fresh and alive in moving process. The invention further comprises a plant cultivation method utilizing the distributed plant cultivation system.
