A device for reaming holes in ice

1988
A device for reaming holes cored through ice sheets is described. Its advantage being that its operation is possi ble while lines to equipment below the ice, such as used in in situ productivity studies in lakes, remain in place, without damage. This device was designed to maintain the dimensions of a SIPRE ice auger hole, similar devices of differing dimensions would serve to maintain other hole diameters.
