The mini-invasive treatment of recurred renal calculi with ureteropelvic junction stricture after nephrolithotomy

2006
Objective To investigate the feasibility of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCN) combined with eletrocision for treatment of recurred renal calculi with ureteropelvic junction(UPJ)stricture after nephrolithotomy.Methods:22 patients were treated by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy nephro lithotomy combined with eletrocision.Results:15 cases were completed in one stage and 7cases were performed two stages or more.Single tract PCN was used in 18 cases, two tracts was used in 4 cases. No serious complica tion occurred. Conclusions:Minimally invasive pereutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with eletrocision is one of the effective methods for treatment of recurred renal calculi with UPJ stricture after nephrolithotomy.
