Plastic part, comprising: a transparent matrix in the form of a transparent layer; a first hard coat layer formed of a first hard coating composition comprising a Fluoracrylatcopolymer, an acrylic monomer, a photoinitiator, and an organic solvent is applied on a surface of the transparent layer; and a second hard coat layer formed of a second hard coating composition comprising a resin bisphenol-based, an acrylic monomer, a conductive filler, a photoinitiator, and an organic solvent is applied on the other surface of the transparent layer.
