Contrast and analysis L-cysteine hydrochlorate and Sodium hydroxide action sputum in Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture

Objective To Contrast and observed the result of L-cysteine hydro chlorate and Sodium hydroxide action sputum in Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture,to analyze reduce the methods about Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture cycle.Methods Using L-cysteine hydro chlorate action sputum and comparing with Sodium hydroxide and observing the result in reformed L-J medium.Results The average time of L-cysteine hydro chlorate were 22.11 days,it was shorter than Sodium hydroxide(31.96d) in reformed L-J medium.Conclusion The methods by L-cysteine hydro chlorate action sputum is helpful to diagnosis and treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and it is efficient and reliable method.
