The invention provides a catalytic cracking catalyst, and a preparation method and an application of the catalyst. Based on the total weight of the catalytic cracking catalyst, the catalytic cracking catalyst contains, by weight: 1-60% of a cracking active component, 1-50% of a mesoporous active silicon-phosphor-aluminium material, 1-70% of clay, and 1-70% of a binder. The mesoporous active silicon-phosphor-aluminium material has a pseudo-boehmite crystal structure, is represented by an anhydrous chemical formula, based on a weight ratio of oxides, of (0-0.2)Na2O.(50-86)Al2O3.(12-50)SiO2.(0.5-10)P2O5, and has the specific surface area in a range of 200-600 m2/g, the pore volume of 0.5-1.8 cm3/g, and the average hole diameter of 8-18 nm. Based on the total weight of cracking active component, the cracking active component contains, by weight: 30-99% of a first molecular sieve component and 1-70% of a second molecular sieve component. During a process of catalyzing and cracking heavy oil, the catalytic cracking catalyst has the relatively low coke selectivity, relatively high catalytic cracking activity, and a relatively high yield of diesel can be obtained.
