STUDY ON DATA PROCESSING METHODS FOR COAXIAL-THERMAL-COUPLE HEAT-FLUX SENSOR

Coaxial-thermal-couple heat-flux sensor may reduce repetition error and improve test precision because there has scarcely any flow scouring on the sensor,and can be used under some extreme condition,such as staving impact and high heat-flux.Two-dimension axisymmetric heat conduction theory and numerical computation methods are presented to obtain the temperature distribution of coaxial-thermal-couple covered with surface cladding under the condition of constant surface heat-flux or temperature.The method provides a technique approach to enhance the precision of heat-flux measuring.Finally,a family of curves describing the relationship between constant heat-flux and temperature is obtained which benefits engineering usage.
