Essential oil of cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum M): Effect of infestation by thrips (Sciothrips cardamomi Ramk.)

Cardamom capsules infested by thrips ("Itch") are not inferior in essential oil content and composition and therefore can be preferred in oil industry. Market price and residual toxicity of itch capsules are always at minimum.
