The present invention aims to reduce the influence of variation in characteristics of the semiconductor element to provide a semiconductor device to achieve a high yield. Further, the present invention aims to reduce the unevenness affect characteristics of the semiconductor element, to improve yield and to provide an inexpensive semiconductor device. Furthermore, the present invention is intended to be manufactured by a large number of semiconductor devices on a flexible substrate such as a glass substrate or the like of the large area substrate, to provide an inexpensive semiconductor device. The semiconductor device of the present invention has a demodulation signal generating circuit and a wiring connected to an antenna or an antenna, a demodulation signal generating circuit includes a demodulation circuit and a correction circuit. And, a first correction circuit corrects the demodulated signal generated by the demodulation circuit and generates a second demodulated signal.
