Lens touch device and manufacturing method therefor

Provided is a touch panel, comprising: a protective cover plate which comprises a touch region and a frame region surrounding the touch region, a black shade layer formed in the frame region, and a conductive module formed within the range of the touch region, wherein the conductive module and the black shade layer are isolated from each other. The touch panel of the present invention is adopted to solve the problem in the prior art that the function of a touch panel fails because the conductive module is easily disconnected. Also provided is a manufacturing method for the touch panel.
