The invention discloses a passive solar heat collection thermal-insulation window which comprises a plurality of movable phase-change heat-storage thermal-insulation blinds, a fixed frame and hollow glass, wherein the fixed frame is connected with a base component through a window frame upper beam and a window frame lower beam; the movable phase-change heat-storage thermal-insulation blinds are rotatablely connected in the fixed frame; the hollow glass is arranged on the side adjacent to the outside; and when the movable phase-change heat-storage thermal-insulation blinds are in the closed state, an air layer is formed between the movable phase-change heat-storage thermal-insulation blinds and the hollow glass. When the passive solar heat collection thermal-insulation window is used in the day time, outdoor sunlight can be directly irradiated onto the phase-change heat-storage composite interior ornamental plate, so that the phase-change heat-storage material becomes liquid from solid and stores heat inside; and at night, the phase-change heat-storage composite interior ornamental plate can be arranged on one side indoors, so that the heat-storage material becomes solid from liquid and starts releasing heat to warm the inside, and meanwhile, the heat reflection veneer thermal-insulation plate and the air layer keeps heat of the window, thereby enhancing the heat engineering properties of the window.
