Localization of luteinizing hormone‐releasing hormone in the mammalian hypothalamus

Utilizing immunohistochemistry with rabbit antiserum to synthetic luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LRH), LRH was localized in the peripheral region of the median eminence in the mouse and rat, and more generally in the median eminence of the guinea pig.
