超声波在电解氧化Mn(II)为Mn(III)中的应用研究

2007
Mn (Ⅱ) was electrooxidized into Mn (Ⅲ) under ultrasonic radiation, adopting PbO2/Pb as anode and Pb as cathode. Current efficiency of electrooxidation under three ultrasonic frequencies was compared, the mechanism of the sonoelectrolysis was researched, and optimum conditions of ultrasonic electrooxidation were acquired. The current efficiency of Mn(Ⅱ) electrooxidized into Mn(Ⅲ) was 84.79% when current density was 0.09A/cm2, temperature was 20℃, MnSO4 was 0.4 mol/L, H2SO4 was 5.5 moL/L, ultrasonic frequency was 59 kHz and ultrasonic output power was 175W. Meanwhile, it was found that when ultrasound was brought into the course of electrooxidating, it could maintain the electrode surface's activity, increase mass transfer rate, decrease oxidative potential and promote current efficiency, it was also suggested that higher ultrasonic frequency had better effect.
