創新動機、創新作為與行政績效滿意度關係之研究─以台北縣淡水區國民小學行政人員為例

In the knowledge-based economy time, in order to achieve advantageous positions, industries have to improve their competitive abilities. The urgent implement of innovation has been a crucial element for companies to succeed. Although the competitions within schools are not as intensive as those in industrial business, school educators are still affected by the currently increased environmental and educational challenges. While schools need to look for development and innovation in order to maintain functions, their perspectives and strategies have to include the basis of industrial creative management. Therefore, the usage of innovation becomes a tendency to amplify the efficiency of a school administration performance. This study has referred to previous research about Innovation Motivation, Innovation Performance and Satisfactions of Administration Performance, as well as has combined the author’s practical experiences to design this research. The targets are the teachers who are also the school staff in the Elementary Schools in Tamsui Area of Taipei County. They completed surveys about investigating relevant factors to their Innovation Motivation, Innovation Behavior and Satisfactions of Administration Performance and whether their performance and satisfaction are affected by their Innovation Motivation. Furthermore, the empirical research is conducted via regression analysis. After the empirical analysis, the conclusions obtained are as follows: 1. The Administative staff of Tamsui Area targets’ innovation motivations have a partially significant and positive influence on innovation behavior. 2. The Administative staff of Tamsui Area targets’ innovation behaviors have a significant and positive influence on innovation efficiency. 3. The Administative staff of Tamsui Area targets’ innovation motivations have a significant and positive influence on innovation efficiency. 4. The Administative staff of Tamsui Area targets’ innovation behaviors have an intervening effect between innovation motivation and innovation efficiency. The conclusions of this research are summarized that the Tamsui Area of Taipei County targets’ Innovation Behaviors for creative administrative and allocation of resources design are benefited by their high Innovation Motivation; their satisfactions of School Administration Performance are increased by well organized and efficient Innovation Behaviors; school staff’s Innovation Motivations, through the Innovation Behavior of administrative creativity and the allocation of resources intervening effects, improve their Satisfactions of Administration Performance.
