Preparation method of simple and easy tooth scanning electron microscope sample

The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation method of an electron microscope sample and particularly relates to a preparation method of a simple and easy tooth scanning electron microscope sample. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) fixing a tooth sample by using 15% neutral formalin for 12-25 hours or fixing the tooth sample in a 4-DEG C refrigerator by using glutaraldehyde with the pH value of 7.4 for 24-48 hours; (2) polishing or chemically treating; (3) washing with a PBS (Poly Butylenes Succinate) buffering solution or distilled water; and (4) after dehydrating by using acetone solutions with the concentrations of 60%, 80% and 100%, and directly spraying gold or steaming and spraying gold by using vacuum film coating equipment, observing by using a scanning electron microscope. Under the conditions of a common laboratory, aiming at structure characteristics and application researches of teeth, methods including chemical meta salt precipitation and the like are combined with a segment grinding technology to observe inner and outer natural surfaces of the teeth and appearances of sections of tooth bodies, and a relatively satisfied effect is obtained.
