HTSC SQUID-based set-up for calibration of voltage dividers and AC voltmeters

1996
HTSC SQUID made of HTSC ceramics has been fabricated and studied. The SQUID has been used in the set-up for calibrating AC voltmeters and voltage dividers. The measurement technique is based on strict periodical dependence of a SQUID voltage-flux characteristic on a magnetic flux. The dynamic range of the set-up was from 300 /spl mu/V to 10 V. The frequency range was from 100 kHz to 1 MHz. The calibration error was about 0001 dB. The SQUID has been used in the laboratory since 1992.
