Anaesthetic considerations in a patient with wolff-Parkinson-white syndrome.

Abstract Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome is an important variant of pre-excitation syndromes caused by congenital atrioventricular accessory pathway. It can lead to various types of serious cardiac arrhythmias. We describe general anaesthesia management using fentanyl-vecuronium-halothane technique to achieve haemodynamic stability.
