Technical Field The present invention is a composite polyester battery discharge pipe for for lead-acid battery plate manufacturing. The present invention comprises the following process steps constitute: (1) the polyester fiber fabric and non-woven polyester fiber cloth by heat bonding, adhesion, stitching , ultrasonic processing such as one of the composite polyester fiber composite cloth; (2) the two fabric composite polyester fiber after heat sealing, adhesive, stitching , ultrasonic machining cloth into the drain pipe; (3) the resin-impregnated fabric tube discharge finishing, and then after curing molding apparatus, in the different forming solder connected integrally shaped into a pen-shaped discharge tube bag. The present invention has a higher bursting strength and breakage, also has a low resistance, no leakage of the active substance, thin wall, etc., suitable for the battery industry manual mechanization and automation of production lines, and other requirements, as well as various battery technology requirements for tubular discharge pipe.
