Initial Studies on Differences of Immature Embryos Culture

Two maize inbred lines-18(bai) and 1913 and their hybrid are cultured from immature embryos. The results show that the rate of enlarging, which is not significantly different among the three materials, rises to the top after eleven days. 1913 gains the most embryonic calli, 18 (bai) gains the least and the hybrid is the secondary.
