Feasibility of Telomerase-Specific Adoptive T-cell Therapy for B-cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and Solid Malignancies

This study exploited the tumor-specific expression of human telomerase to generate a high avidity T-cell receptor for adoptive cell therapy of a B-cell leukemia, illustrating its potency and safety in a preclinical model.
