Discrete Painlevé system associated with Unitary matrix model

We discuss the emergence of discrete Painleve system in the context of irregular conformai block which is also a SU(2) Nf = 2 supersymmetric gauge theory. We develop a framework of orthogonal polynomials in unitary matrix model.
