Óbito y resurrección del análisis DAFO. Death and resurrection of SWOT analysis

The analysis SWOT, in spite of having an annoying or forgotten history about their emergence, it is considered by most of the consultants and investigators as an indispensable instrument of the construction of strategies, others say that SWOT is the par excellence strategic tool. However, in spite of their continuous application, the method possesses limitations that could disarticulate its results in the practice. The present work, proposes the solution of these problems through incremental innovations that modify the calculation procedures and methodological, achieving that the outlined new methodology wins in coherence and precision, obtaining results that they constitute a better approach to the reality.
