Study on engineering application of foamed concrete for integrated cast-in-place wall

Foamed concrete has excellent performance of lightweight and noise insulation.But the problems of easily to crack and rupture constraint the application of foamed concrete for cast-in-place bearing wall.In this paper,taking P·O32.5R cement,Ⅲ grade fly ash as main raw material,non-autoclaved foamed concrete for cast-in-place bearing and insulation wall is prepared;the effects of admixture on foamed concrete properties are studied through single-factor test.With the example of engineering application,the problems easily found in foamed concrete cast-in-place wall are analyzed and solution is proposed.The prepared foamed concrete can effectively solve the problems of rupture and crack when applied for integrated cast-in-place bearing wall.
