Mass-spectrometric study of heat degradation of polymethylsilsesquioxanes

1. The mass-spectrometric method was used to analyze the heat-degradation products of polymethylsilsesquioxanes. 2. The heat resistance of the polymers increases with increase in the functionality of the starting mixture of chlorosilanes.
