Insulating heat-conductive glass-fiber reinforced PPS composite material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an insulate and heat conductive filling reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) composite, comprising PPS plastic, an extra-fine elastomer, heat conductive filler, fiber glass, a coupling agent, an antioxidant and a process aid. The mass ratio of each component is 100 portions PPS plastic, 0 to 40 portions modified polystyrene, 30 to 120 portions heat conductive filler with diameters of 20 to 500 micrometers, 10 to 80 portions heat conductive filler with smaller diameters of 0.5 to 5 micrometers, 3 to 10 portions nanometer calcium carbonate, 20 to 40 portions fiberglass, 2 to 5 portions coupling agent, 0.2 to 0.5 portions antioxidant and 0.5 to 2 process aid. The insulate and heat conductive filling reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) composite has an advantage that: the PPS composite prepared based on the prescription has higher heat conductive performance and better thermophysical mechanical property.
