Study on the Pretreatment to 5A Zeolite in Adsorption Effect and Recycling

Experiment is mainly about different effects from different pretreatment conditions to 5A zeolite molecular sieves adsorption and separation CO2 in flue gas. The best pretreatment condition: was found first drying 2hours in 100 ℃ oven,then calcining 2 hours in 400 ℃ muffle furnace. The recycling performance of 5A zeolite was also studied. By recycling 9 times,the CO2 adsorption and separation volume is always above 50%,which proves5 A zeolite has a good recycling performance.
