The Standard Base of the All-Russia Research Institute of Metrology for Measuring Small DC Currents in the 10–16–10–9 a Range

Areas of application of measurements of dc electric currents in the 10–16–10–9 A range are presented. The operating principles and metrological characteristics of the State Standards of the unit of dc electric current – the ampere, namely, the primary GET 4–91 standard and the GVET 4-01–2010 comparison standard, are considered.
