Coagulation function change in patients with lung cancer

2009
Objective: To observe the coagulation function change in the patients with lung cancer and discuss the relationship of the coagulation function with clinical pathological type and different stages of lung cancer. Methods:We selected 60 patients with lung cancer and 30 healthy subjects. We used an Automatic coagulation analyzer to measure the PT,APTT and Fbg and the synchronous detection of D2 polymer was done. Results:The advanced lung cancer group showed that PT and APTT were significantly reduced(P0.01),and D2 polymer and Fbg were significantly increased(P0.01),with a more obvious increase in advanced small cell lung cancer patients. Conclusion:Most patients with advanced lung cancer show a hypercoagulable state, more obvious in small cell lung cancer.
