A rectangular through hole is arranged along the direction of an axis in the middle of the rectangular smooth surface support, the upper end surface and the lower end surface are provided with parallel and equal-width wire ducts, the four corners at the upper end surface and the lower end surface are each provided with a circular hole penetrating the upper end surface and the lower end surface, the four circular holes are internally provided with latches, and the front end surface and the rear end surface are also provided with oblique wire ducts which are inclined to the left by an angle of 45 degrees and inclined to the right by an angle of 45 degrees. According to the utility model, the novel non-equilibrium oxygen ion generator can efficiently generate non-equilibrium positive and negative oxygen ions alternatively in a high-frequency mode, the structure facilitates batch processing in a production process, the reliability and the consistency are improved, the cost is decreased, and batch production is better facilitated.
