The Establishment of Teaching Quality Evaluation System of Colleges

Teaching quality evaluation is composed of many factors,scientific evaluation of college Teachers' teaching quality,there is important significance to improve teaching level of the whole college.In this paper,through the analysis of the main factors affecting the teaching quality,seting up primary and second level index system,the weight coefficients of indexes to provide a basis for the evaluation of teaching quality.
